If possible, make sure the ceramic tiles on the swimming pool aren't slippery. Yesterday, when the kids were swimming, they were slippery.

This was my first stay here. It was quite comfortable, and the kids enjoyed it. The service and cleanliness of the hotel were quite good, but please improve. I'll stay here again in the future.

The staff is friendly. The room amenities are uncomfortable, as the beds are no longer soft and the pillows are no longer comfortable. The breakfast menu is lacking in both taste and variety... please improve and improve.

Ok, pretty good, but it's quite far to the beach, so it's a bit of a hassle to walk.

There's no balcony, and the bed creaks when you sit on it. The Wi-Fi is pretty good, the AC isn't cold enough, the TV is fine, and the toiletries are good. There's a welcome drink, it's very close to the beach, and the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is decent, and the taste is quite good. The pool is also nice. Recommended for traveling with a large family. Hopefully, both elevators will be operational soon, as if only one is active, you'll have to take turns, especially for rooms on the 5th floor. Cleanliness is okay, but the shower could use some maintenance to increase the water flow.

The location is central, the cleanliness is good, and the swimming pool is recommended for those with children. Unfortunately, there's only one elevator, which is small in capacity, so there may be a long queue during check-in and peak hours. Please arrange more parking for buses, as it's difficult for cars to get out if the bus is parked in the way of a small car.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 day and 1 night and the room facilities were decent. The AC wasn't cold, but the staff was friendly. The AC wasn't cold even after it was fixed. The price was quite reasonable. The bathroom floor was slippery, and the toilet spray wasn't strong enough. The breakfast was quite tasty. Please improve the AC. The swimming pool is nice, so the kids can play.

So comfortable, I'll be a regular stay here when I visit Pangandaran. Good sleep, delicious breakfast. Awesome!
