Ok, pretty good, but it's quite far to the beach, so it's a bit of a hassle to walk.

There's no balcony, and the bed creaks when you sit on it. The Wi-Fi is pretty good, the AC isn't cold enough, the TV is fine, and the toiletries are good. There's a welcome drink, it's very close to the beach, and the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is decent, and the taste is quite good. The pool is also nice. I hope the Grand Pacific Hotel can improve in the future, my friend! We've been here three times. 🫰

Recommended for traveling with a large family. Hopefully, both elevators will be operational soon, as if only one is active, you'll have to take turns, especially for rooms on the 5th floor. Cleanliness is okay, but the shower could use some maintenance to increase the water flow.

The location is central, the cleanliness is good, and the swimming pool is recommended for those with children. Unfortunately, there's only one elevator, which is small in capacity, so there may be a long queue during check-in and peak hours. Please arrange more parking for buses, as it's difficult for cars to get out if the bus is parked in the way of a small car.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 day and 1 night and the room facilities were decent. The AC wasn't cold, but the staff was friendly. The AC wasn't cold even after it was fixed. The price was quite reasonable. The bathroom floor was slippery, and the toilet spray wasn't strong enough. The breakfast was quite tasty. Please improve the AC. The swimming pool is nice, so the kids can play.

So comfortable, I'll be a regular stay here when I visit Pangandaran. Good sleep, delicious breakfast. Awesome!

The AC wasn't cold enough, the bathroom floor was slippery, everything else was okay, it was a shame the room didn't face the pool but the street.

Thank God, I was satisfied with my room reservation for 4 people with breakfast. The breakfast menu was delicious and quite varied, the room was clean, the bathroom had hot water and worked well, the AC and TV worked well, and the amenities were complete (towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap). The swimming pool was great for the kids to play in.

It's really worth it, the price is cheap but the facilities are quite complete.

Friendly service, adequate facilities, but perhaps because we were there during the off-peak season, the breakfast options were limited. This was our second time here, and the breakfast was plentiful at the beginning of the peak season. I did complain about a room issue, but it was quickly resolved by moving. Overall, the facilities were adequate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Check-in and check-out times were appropriate. The room was clean, with a queen bed, a spacious bathroom, complete amenities, and a balcony. There was one elevator and one trolley. There was a swimming pool, which was quite entertaining for the kids while they waited for their room or cleaned up before going up. Breakfast was quite good and was divided into two sessions.
