I didn't expect this apartment to be just a few steps from the Mall of Indonesia, this is very pleasant, plus the view of the exotic area plus the pedestrian area surrounding the Mall is very comfortable for jogging and walking in the morning... The room, although not big, is functional and fully furnished, even a washing machine is available..👍 I am very satisfied staying here..

All the facilities are ok, only the lights are yellow (not bright enough) and there are lots of small insects (small cockroaches) in the room so it's not very comfortable.

Perfect location and perfect room. The only downside is there is no wifi available.

The check in and check out process is done by self check in, picking up at the key box, but the instructions from the apartment owner are very helpful and informative. Got a room on the 2nd floor, type 2 bedroom right in front of lobby 7, the room condition is quite clean and complete (there is a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dispenser, iron, TV, 3 air conditioners, and there is also hot water). For the price of the room compared to the facilities, it is quite attractive. At most there is an additional car parking fee of 4000/hour in the apartment parking area which is also quite large. Maybe a suggestion can be added to each room/capstok and a more proper clothesline

Lantainya lengket dan di beberapa titik masih banyak debu tebal. Ada kecoa-kecoa kecil. Untuk kebersihannya tolong ditingkatkan ya. Kamar yang kasur single size pintu tidak bisa ditutup karena terhalang oleh kasur. Untuk ac aman dingin semua, view balkon langsung lobby 7 MOI.

The rooms are decent but you have to pay for parking, parking for 2 nights is almost the same as paying for 1 more room.

For me, I'm not used to leaving the room in a dirty condition. Maybe it would be better to provide a broom, the rest is okay

Lokasinya sih mantap dekat mall, tapi mau check in ribet, nomor telepon yang punya unit apartemen nggak bisa di hubungi, nggak bisa refund lagi.

For self-check-in access, it's easy, yes, but unfortunately the AC facilities are not cold for the main room and in the TV room, and the air conditioner is leaking, it's dangerous for those who bring small children to be afraid of slipping.
