All the staff were very friendly, from the security guards, front desk staff, customer service, and everyone else. They even helped me warm up my child's complementary food at dawn. The service was excellent; whatever we needed or requested, they were always there promptly. God willing, I'll stay there often. 😍

My favorite hotel. Clean, affordable. The only downside is that we don't get sugar, coffee, or tea like most hotels do. We only have to get our own drinking water from outside the room.

It was a very comfortable stay at Puri Subak. I was always checked in by the sweet and friendly Ms. Lusi. She was very kind and responsive. The food here is delicious. The price is very affordable and it's a recommended place to stay.
