there is a price for comfort. the mattress is quite small, so if you are with children it is a bit risky to fall. there is no guard, everything is done alone from opening the fence and others. the location is in the middle of a residential area.

The toilet is dirty. The small room was very hot even though the fan was on because there was no ventilation for the air to come out. At least make a window so it's not stuffy. At night it's a bit scary 🤣.

Yang punya-nya ramah banget, tempat homey, kamar nyaman dan banyak tempat-tempat bisa duduk di luar, disediakan juga air minum galon. Minusnya cuma kamar mandi kotor dan closet ada yang mampet 1, untungnya yang 1 lagi engga.

Lumayan lah sesuai harga bagus.

Ibunya ramah aku kesini dari Jakarta ke Jogjakarta nginap sehari sebelum ke Semarang, penginapannya juga murah cuma ± Rp. 70.000/night, lokasinya emang masuk ke gang tapi dekat sama Malioboro sekitar 6,2 kilometer, untuk fasilitasnya ada dua kamar mandi sama ada tempat untuk masak 👍🏼.

The accommodation is cheap but worth it even if you order outside and non-AC, there is always someone cleaning, the lady who looks after the pool is also good, the parking is spacious and the location is safe, drinking water dispensers, stoves and cooking utensils are provided.
