Large parking, playground back yard so big

There's a room where the lock isn't working.

Yesterday I got a room with lots of mosquitoes, the rest of the hotel facilities were okay.

The hotel location is close to Citepus Beach

The staff is satisfactory, but the facilities are less than satisfactory.

I've been a regular at this hotel for a while now, and the service is excellent. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent.

The place is comfortable, especially if you bring children, wow, the children will be happy, there is a swimming pool, a place for children to play too, spacious parking, suitable for family gatherings.

Friendly staff, complete facilities, spacious rooms, large beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Besides the swimming pool, there's a tennis court, basketball court, children's playground, and even a fish pond and a special fish therapy pool, a specialty rarely found in other accommodations. The breakfast menu is well worth the price.

You won't regret staying here

The hotel is close to the beach, just a short walk across. The swimming pool is a delight for the kids, and the atmosphere is also beautiful.

An old but nice hotel, with friendly service, clean rooms, and close to the beach. Most importantly, the air conditioning was cool.

Not recommended, booked 4 rooms, all rooms had no towels, no toothbrush, and were not clean. When I asked the housekeeping staff for towels, your staff said in a loud voice, "Sir, just ask at the reception." I replied, "Why, sir? Can't you help me?" The staff replied without end while leaving. BAD SERVICE!!

The water heater wasn't working, and the room was full of termite droppings despite sweeping several times. The room didn't match the one I booked on the app.

The security guard is quick to help you cross the road. Stay healthy, security guard ☺😇

I'm a regular every time I visit Pelabuhan Ratu, I always stay at the Agusta Hotel. It's simply excellent: close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk, ample parking, a large swimming pool, a spacious front and back yard, and friendly staff. It's highly recommended.
