Stayed while my husband was in transit. The staff service was very friendly, the location is close to the port so it was very easy for my husband to go back and forth between the hotel and the port during transit🥰

The hotel staff was quite helpful, but in the room there were lots of shoe marks on the walls, there were smelly pillows, the bathroom was not clean, the toilet was dirty, there was no hot water, the soap was from a bottle.

The service is okay and the facilities are also okay. Only the bathroom needs to be given more attention to its cleanliness.
