Oh my god...a strategic area but the room is like in an oven...hot AC doesn't work well..very dirty used sheets. Sorry, it's a shame that the strategic hotel is in the middle of the city but the room facilities are so bad. Cockroaches everywhere. Hopefully the management will improve it even better

Friendly staff, strategic location in front of Lotte Mall, just cross the street.

The location is okay. But don't expect a lot of facilities. Even asking for a glass requires searching. The shower water is less than satisfactory.

The AC wasn't cold, it was hot, like it was broken. It was on the 8th floor and it was really hot. There was a parking fee, haha, 3,000 for the first time, then another 1,000 for the next hour. The mattress had stains, it smelled and was stuffy.

The room doesn't match the photo, I booked a deluxe room because it looked good in the photo, but in reality the room was dirty and cramped, the walls were shabby, I had to pay for overnight parking because I still had to pay for the stay.

Booking on traveloka already said deposit "0" when arriving at the hotel they still asked for a deposit. The AC leaked water everywhere in the room. The room phone didn't work, and when we were there there was a water problem. Maybe it was just that time. Good location, bad service.

i dont know why they remove the toilet bidet . but in the main pic there they had ir, on nite time the water flow is very slow and with the bidet can u imagine.? not everyone will use the tissue, otherwise im ok because its cheap

The staff are friendly and helpful but the shower head has a leak so the water is spilling out, the towels need to be replaced as they are running low.

The bedding looks like it hasn't been changed, as seen from the stains left behind. Eyelashes are visible on the pillow. The room is cramped and uncomfortable, making it difficult to pray.

I like the location of the hotel, but the comfort of the room is very lacking. There are many black and yellow stains on the bed sheet & pillow case and the wall. Honestly, the atmosphere is creepy.

It was a very poor hotel, ever I stayed in my life. Dirty, lots of cockroaches, odd smells, dirty bed sheets, dirty toilets. Just a waste of money.

There is no deposit information at the beginning.

The access card doesn't work, the sink tap is broken, the shower also leaks everywhere, just once.

Still not clean enough. And the towels were forgotten to be set up when checking in.

Wow, I really don't recommend it. You shouldn't work with them.
