The staff is friendly, the rooms are appropriate, it's an old hotel, easy access, the swimming pool is clean, long and quite spacious, there is a children's park, there are lots of choices for eating outside, the toilets are equipped with exhaust.

The TV was broken (cracked and striped), and the mattress was unsuitable (noisy springs that needed replacing). This was our first bad stay, and it left us sleepless. I want compensation.

The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The rain made me a bit reluctant to go anywhere, but even without air conditioning, it was cool and comfortable enough, especially since we got a room with a great view. Thank you, and keep up the excellent service.
