Excellent service and cleanliness. The food was delicious, and our family was very satisfied and happy.

The service was poor, especially in the restaurant, and the language was rude and unfriendly. Those bringing a 5-year-old child were charged 120,000 Rupiah.

Breakfast is charged for children as young as 5. It's too expensive for a child that age, and the portion size is so small.

I've been here twice, always in the junior romantic room. It's a great place. The best room is on the third floor for the mountain view. There are complimentary snacks and drinks, and there's a jacuzzi inside. Absolutely delighted!

The atmosphere is quite crowded, but the traffic jams are worse during the long weekend.

I have been to Seruni Hotel 3 times because of the beautiful view and the kids friendly place.

Very good, comfortable. It's just that in the afternoon, the hot water takes a while to come on, perhaps because Saturday nights are very busy.

I'll be back to try another Seruni. Seruni Gunung Gede is awesome, great, and the vacation was satisfying. The kids especially loved the many games, and the swimming pools were so tiring going up and down the stairs 🤭

Seruni, the mountain-facing room was truly the best. The restaurant also served delicious food (prices are standard hotel fare, a little more expensive, but the portions are filling). It was just a shame we went during school holidays. The traffic in Puncak was incredibly congested.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

I usually don't want to go back to a hotel once I've been there, but I think I'll be back. Everything was top-notch, especially the pool; the kids loved it.

I absolutely love vacationing at this hotel and have been there several times. Yesterday, at breakfast, the food was all gone because we were at a family gathering, so it was really crowded.

Everything is good, the children are happy.
