Filling a fun holiday

The hotel staff was friendly and kind, but I got a room close to the machine, so the noise was very annoying. The toilet didn't flush.

10 stars, everything is great. The only problem is that the bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned properly, so it's understandable that it got splashed. Otherwise, it's great: the food is delicious, and there's plenty of play space.

Clean hotel... Great facilities. Family friendly... Fun pool for kids.

Overall, the only downside is the inability to choose a room. Hopefully, the app will allow you to choose which room you're interested in next time.

My first experience staying at this hotel.. I've wanted to come here for a long time but only got it this year.. The most impressive thing was being able to check in early at 9 am.. It felt wow.. Thanks to the management who can find if there are empty rooms.. Next time at Seruni, another type to get a different experience.. For food, you don't need to worry, outside the hotel there are many vendors from light to heavy meals.

The Legend Hotel, which is well maintained and has many swimming pools, is still suitable for families with small children...

The little ones don't want to go home from their vacation here. Next time, they'll definitely bring their extended family back 😊

It's nice and fits perfectly with the view in the room, but a lot of the equipment is damaged so maybe it can be repaired.

Highly recommended, first time staying at Seruni Hotel and want to come back again, it's not boring.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel pool in the Puncak area has a white sand area, just like a beach, which made my grandchildren really enjoy playing in it, making it feel like they were at the beach.
