I absolutely love staying at Hotel Seruni, and I can't believe this is my second time here. The facilities and service are all great, and the kids are really happy.

Nice hotel with a Balinese feel. The Barong dance performance was also authentic Balinese. The room was clean and spacious. Beautiful views of Mount Salak. Overall, I was satisfied.

This is my third stay at Seruni. The only thing lacking is the breakfast, which lacks variety and is rather basic. For Rp 150,000 per person, I found it expensive.

The kids are so happy to be here. There are lots of games, lots of swimming pools, and every building has one. It's really beautiful.

Always happy to staycation here... The kids are really satisfied playing here... This is the 6th time I've been here, since child 1 to child 3. Please give promos more often... The staff are very friendly.

Many areas of the floor are always wet and dirty. Everyone swimming gets wet when climbing the stairs and elevators. The rooms aren't soundproof, and there's noise in the corridors at night.

A pleasant hotel close to Taman Safari. Access is through the front and back doors. Maps of Taman Safari direct you through the back door. The staff are friendly.

I've been to this hotel four times and never get bored with the atmosphere. The facilities are complete, with nine swimming pools. I've been here four times and haven't tried all of them. Every time I stay, I always choose one with a balcony so I can see the three mountains at once. The pool is gorgeous! That's what makes this hotel special.
