It's quite affordable for around 200,000 Rupiah, offering a comfortable stay. There's a water heater, a pool, and plenty of snacks nearby. There's also a minimarket and eateries nearby. The hotel has a classic feel and could probably use some maintenance, but it was clean and comfortable enough for me.

Alhamdulillah, at that time, the room next door was celebrating a birthday and shared a birthday cake with us after we recited the Yassin in the room as usual for Friday night prayers. So it felt close to the other hotel guests. There were also many choices of snacks around the hotel. Easy access to the Trans-USM.

The location is walking distance from the main road. Check-in and check-out is very simple and fast. The reception is on standby 24 hours. All staff, from reception, HK to front security, are friendly and warm greetings. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel is really cheap, got a cheap price, the room is clean, tidy, not bad... I will stay here again sometime.

Pretty standard for a hotel I've stayed at many times in Puncak, this is my first time staying here. It's just right. It's cool, but I'd recommend a better bathroom, one that smells nice so guests are comfortable and doesn't have unpleasant odors. The hallway lights should be brighter so they're more pleasing to the eye. And if possible, each room should have a water heater so you don't have to go out for coffee.

Okay, before check-in time, if the room is ready, we can enter. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30, planning to leave my things first, after checking that the room was ready, we were allowed to enter, unlike other hotels where we have to wait until check-in time, even though the room is ready, friendly and thoughtful, thank you, we can immediately rest after a long journey.

The wifi is slow, but overall it's ok for the price.

Normal check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived around 1:00 PM and were let in. The staff was friendly, although the building is old, but very comfortable. Our stay was only disturbed by the loud guests next door. Otherwise, everything was fine! Finding food was easy; just walk in front; everything was readily available.

It's truly exceptional, from the service, security, room ambiance, cleanliness, amenities, and facilities: everything is top-notch. Oh yeah, the hotel's surroundings are also quite exciting, with plenty of eateries available, from mini markets to local cuisine. I really enjoyed it.

Honest review. Strategic location and easy to find, near the main highway. Clean bathroom, 2 clean towels, clean mattress, standard carpet floor but enough, dark room hallway, but still okay, good and friendly receptionist, fast check-in process, friendly security. Helpful staff. Not noisy even though it is on the side of a village road, there is no BF but it doesn't matter because everything around the hotel is complete on the right and left. No need to be afraid of going hungry. And everything is cheap. I am satisfied staying at this hotel for 1 night; and will make it a destination hotel if I go to Cipanas again. The price is very affordable, without AC, don't be sad, even in the hot day, the room is not stuffy, the night is cool. There is no hot water kettle in the room, but don't worry, there is a complete hot and cold water dispenser in the hallway. The room also has a balcony and chairs. The swimming pool water is sufficient, the hot water in the bathroom is very functional. Soap and amenities are provided. The only minus is the limited TV channels. There is no wifi either. The staff is friendly and the place is comfortable to rest. However, there are some things that need to be improved, such as the towels are not clean enough and the smell is not very good. Hopefully, this can be improved further. If possible, provide slippers because the carpet is dirty, making it a bit uncomfortable when stepping on the floor carpet. Otherwise, it's safe.

The reception service was good, the room was clean, but the car parking was a bit limited, the food ordering service was not available when we stayed, so we had to eat outside the hotel.
