The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is very spacious, the distance from the lobby to the room is quite far so it's a chore if you bring a lot of things because you have to climb stairs, you can get around this by bringing a vehicle parked near the room, the location is right in front of BNS

Location near BNS, wide field, but no WiFi.

The officers, ladies and gentlemen are friendly. The check out officer did not understand the guest's messages. Strategic location in front of BNS. Incomplete amenitis. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Recommended buat yang liburan keluarga, ruangan besar, nyaman, dan sejuk banget. Hanya semalam tapi puas karena ada juga kolam renang walaupun dingin tapi anak-anak suka🤭. Memang untuk ke resepsionis agak jauh dari kamar dan parkiran tidak di samping kamar ada jaraknya jadi memang pas hujan-hujan waktu nyampe tapi tidak mengurangi penilaian kalau hotel itu bagus banget buat harga segitu, untuk wisata DNS hanya didepan lokasi hotel jadi emang strategis banget. Makasih buat staff yang ramah saat malam kami sampai dan check out juga ga ribet. 100 buat team Hotel.👍 kami liburan pas tanggal 25 Desember nginapnya.

Can't rest, there is community. Last night there was a live music event right in front of the room until 12 at night it was still noisy, at 6 o'clock it was noisy again until 8 o'clock it wasn't finished.

The room is not airtight. It was difficult to rest because there was noise from outside from school children on study tours. Until 1 o'clock in the evening there were still people screaming in front of the room. Management should be able to arrange which rooms are for individuals and which are for groups so that they are both comfortable.

Hotel dan cottage yang sangat sejuk dan nyaman untuk berlibur bersama keluarga

Proses check in cepat. Staff ramah. Suasana hotel rindang banyak pohon pinus jadi sejuk enak buat jalan-jalan pagi. Kemarin dapat kamar no. B4 dan posisi kamar ada dibagian atas jadi disarankan mobil di parkir di halaman dekat lapangan basket yang berada di halaman atas. Kamar dekat dengan kolam renang. Fasilitas kamar ada teko pemanas, gelas, teh kopi sachet, handuk, air mineral, perlengkapan mandi sabun shampo sikat gigi. Air panas di kamar mandi tidak berfungsi, tidak ada telp paralel, cannel tv masih lokal, tidak ada AC/kipas angin karena memang hawanya sudah dingin. Wifi nya signalnya gak sampek ke kamar kami. Semoga semakin baik untuk hotelnya.

Exciting. It's like being in a Dutch era villa. At first I thought it was haunted but it's not. I sleep well.

Clean tidy comfortable rooms. The bathroom is also clean. The cotage area is very spacious and there are many rooms for groups or family gates. Maybe promotions on social media, especially ig and fb, can be improved.

The accommodation is very spacious. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. Suitable for rest and relaxing. The swimming pool is also quite spacious and clean, and most importantly quiet. Feels like a private pool. Clean rooms. Just because the room I chose was without air conditioning and a fan, at night there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and annoying. Autan may be an additional record of items that must be prepared. And the place is really just crossing and walking to BNS. Recommended.

Kasur empuk banget dan suasana asri.

Tempatny asri, luas banyak kamar, parkiran juga luas, deket kepusat kota batu, deket dengan 2 swalayan yang indo dan alfa, pelayanan ramah, air panas berfungsi dengan baik, kolam renangnya bersih kalo untuk rombongan juga bagus banget, harga bersahabat dengan posisi hotel yang strategis.

Didn't stay overnight because the atmosphere was scary, quiet, neglected, there were no other visitors.

Persis didepan BNS, penginapan ini sangat tenang dan cocok untuk keluarga dan rombongan. Harga sangat ramah dikantong bila tujuan stay di penginapan ini untuk 60 persen eksplor wisata kota batu, dan 40 persennya untuk istirahat.
