Nice view, I like this moment. I'm very happy stay the night with my family. But no more amenities

Please be note guys that this accomodations are not include Free Parking if you plan came to Malang by your own/rent car/motorcycle. And sadly its not on the descriptions. Cleanliness: I stayed on 12 floor (executive) The room was very dirty like they don't cleaned it up, also like the don't change the bedsheet (make my kids skin itchy), dust everywhere (especially the dust on the top of bed headboard) Yes, Its near Brawijaya University. Cheap for price. But in my opinion, should you better find other comfortable place during your stay in Malang especially if you stay with your kids

Owner apartment susah sekali dihubungi saat check in, pengambilan kunci disuruh ke sana ke sini, tunggu sana sini. Seperti tidak ada komunikasi admin dan owner. Harusnya info tamu sebelum check in. Akses lift tidak dikasih. Keluar makan mau naik lagi tidak bisa kalo tidak ada akses, disuruh hub admin lagi, dan admin susah sekali dihubungi untuk dapat akses. Not recommended! Bad service!

Check-in is complicated, the parking position is already in the basement, I'm confused where to go because there is no confirmation from the admin. I called repeatedly and didn't pick up, asked security and they didn't know either, so we had to WA first. When WA was replied to, they were told to return to the front Indomaret to meet with the staff to get the card, but it turned out that the card was not brought, they only met at the apart gate to give access and then immediately left. So if we leave the apartment and want to go back in we are told to WA or look for the staff at the next Indomaret again, wow that's really complicated. Then when we first entered there was a crackle in the kitchen, I thought the snacks for us turned out to be trash from previous guests that hadn't been thrown away. It's time to change the bed, I just lay down and the vertigo immediately recurred because the mattress was very uncomfortable, still more comfortable at home. Just checked in at 15.00, immediately checked out at 18.00. As for the view, it's not bad, you can see the Suhat Bridge from above. Actually, I want to give a bad rating but I can't. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Tempat strategis, hanya saja untuk ketentuan parkir inapnya tidak di jelaskan sedetail-detailnya dari si pengelola.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Strategic location. Near the UB campus and the Pilinema.

Kamar bau gak sedap, sprei gak bersih, sofa juga udah robek, parkir kena bayar nginap 80 ribu sama tarif per jam, pas masuk kolam juga ternyata lagi direnovasi tanpa diberitahu. Tapi dekat sama kampus UB.

Clean rooms, good service. The response to the problem is also fast.

Very uncomfortable with the room, there are items that make it uncomfortable and immediately check out.

The facilities are okay, the service is good and really friendly too, the view is pretty good.

The room is very different from the photos, the condition of the bathroom is very disappointing. Please repair a bathroom that is not feasible.
