Access to the upper bunk beds was a bit tricky, but overall it was a good experience. The facilities were clean, with drinking water available on each floor, and a prayer room near the lobby.

The staff responded quickly. The price was cheaper than on the spot.

-Unable to lock the capsule door, looks has been broken. -Room's door with open switch from inside has problem cause the door difficult opened from inside. -Toilet/shower is really dirty. There is still a shit stained at the toilet bowl. Tap water pressure also very low. Even unable to wash hand.

Just once is enough for me, btw I choose the compact room.

It's still comfortable for transit or backpacking. It's starting to show some wear compared to a few years ago, but it's still in reasonable condition.

There was criticism for the TV, it was very difficult to change channels and the bathroom had a leak.

It smells of urine, the mattress is thin, and everything is extremely shabby. For almost 200,000 Rupiah, it should be clean.

The room is clean, but the electrical in the capsule was off, we can’t close the door because it will be no air inside cz the air flow inside the capsule depend on the electrical. I don’t know why its off and didn’t work. We can’t enjoy the room like what we expect. So sad, actually the location and the price was good. Hope the management will fix it. I was in 4th floor.

The hotel's location is close to everything. I got compact room number 8505, which faced the main road. It was noisy because it wasn't soundproof. Furthermore, toilet water leaked onto the floor. The staff was friendly, and everything else was fine.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The downside was that the power in the room for charging phones was very weak.

The only thing missing is the Wi-Fi. Everything else is fine.

Good location. Cabin gets dirty quite easily after few days, not really recommended for staying over 2 days, they don’t offer to clean your cabin. Toilet in my room is a bit broken.
