The hotel staff is friendly. Perhaps in the future, they could just provide an electric thermos, eliminating the hassle of getting hot water for coffee or milk. They'd just need an electric kettle. Actually, everything is quite good. An electric kettle makes staying easier and also saves the staff a lot of hassle. Hopefully, this will be implemented soon for everyone's convenience.

Our first impressions here with three kids were very satisfying and highly recommended, with its facilities, location, and spacious rooms. There's no breakfast, but there's plenty of budget-friendly street food ❤️. It'll be a favorite next time.

The AC is cold, the water heater works, the beds are spacious, and you can sleep two people. Only the TV seems outdated. Otherwise, it's fine. There's no water heater; hot water is available in the Bromo building, halfway up the stairs.

The hotel is in a great location, with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Finding food is easy, too: there's McD, Kopi Kenangan, and a snack bar. There's even an Indomaret just a short walk away.

The location is very strategic, but the room seemed a bit unclean, but after complaining, it was immediately cleaned.
