A hotel with an extraordinary space. There are modern and vintage areas, but both are accessible to guests staying anywhere. There's a great hot tub and two swimming pools. Plenty of green space for playing soccer, badminton, and tennis. There's also a children's playground. Access is right off the main road, so there's no need to worry about getting in and out of alleys.

Surprisingly, the location is right on the main road, still downhill, not too far from the toll gate. I used the Rinjani, which is new, nice, clean, and has its own swimming pool. I was satisfied.

Got a recommendation from Google hotel for year-end holiday, because almost most of the hotels were full, finally I decided to choose this hotel, with facilities that initially I thought were enough for my needs such as hot water, and I requested for non-smoking, the ending was really bad, the room was dirty to the point there were cockroaches on the bed, the bathroom was dirty and the mat was so wet that it was not replaced, I felt very disappointed with the price doubled during the holiday season but my expectations were not met, because I did not get the room according to what I ordered, I had asked for a hot water kettle but it was not there then I asked for the mat to be replaced, it was replaced but with a dirty one the only difference was that it was not wet, finally I decided to check out, check in at 10 pm check out at 11 pm. Because my position was bringing a 7-month-old baby, with a hotel that was in poor condition it was not suitable for bringing a baby.

During CI, the welcoming staff did not provide friendly service, when entering the hotel the floor of the room was quite slippery, the bathroom was slippery. The towels were...

Service, facilities in the room are lacking, towels, electrical outlets should be there, bathroom mats are still wet and not replaced.

The hotel location is easy to access, but there is no electric kettle, the floor mat is dirty and shabby, the sink in the back room is clogged, the bed cover has no fragrance, it even looks like it hasn't been changed, at first I complained because the back terrace was dirty and when I entered the room I just realized that the bed cover was years old, but it was far away so I had to go to the front office, because there was no telephone extension.

I've stayed here twice and I'm quite satisfied.

The rooms, floors, and bathrooms are clean, even though the items are old. There is a swimming pool, the kids love it, and all the staff are friendly.
