Old hotel, but still okay. Comfortable.

We arrived for check-in at 2 PM, however, the unfriendly receptionist said our room was not ready yet because the previous customer had just finished checking out. We waited for almost 1 hour at the lobby for them to clean the room. The hotel room was very noisy at night because of loud music from the cafe beside the hotel. There were a lot of dead mosquitos on the bathroom table, and the bathroom floor was dirty. It seems that the cleaning staff did not clean it properly. We were very disappointed. The price is not worth the bad service.

Good points: 1. Lokasi yang sangat strategis di jalan Lintas Sumatra sehingga mudah diakses. 2. Pelayanan yang baik. 3. Jenis sarapan yang bervariasi. 4. Harga yang sangat baik dengan fasilitas yang bagus. 5. Tempat tidur dengan selimut standar hotel yang baik: selimut dilapisi seprai, jadi higienis. 6. Ruangan dibedakan antara yang merokok dan tidak merokok. 7. Lobi-nya bebas asap rokok. 8. Ada peta di lobi dan ini sangat informatif untuk pengunjung. 9. Suvenir khas daerah dijual di hotel dan ini baik untuk promosi daerah dan pendapatan hotel. 10. AC dingin. Saran perbaikan: 1. Air di kamar mandi yang kadang kecil. Sudah diberikan masukan ke resepsionis; Dijawab karena pompa yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik. 2. Lebih banyak lagi senyum. Terima kasih. Sukses terus.

Strange hotel, I brought 1 child and my child must be charged because in 1 room must be 2 people, if more even though the child is charged by this hotel, old building, smelly bathroom, many mystical areas, not recommended !!!! .
