My first time staying here. For a 2-star hotel with an affordable price, it's quite good. The hotel is clean, the room and bathroom are clean, the room facilities are okay, but the hot water is not felt because it takes a long time to wait. Check-in and checkout are fast and the staff are friendly. Stayed last night and got a free snack too. Hopefully, the facilities and service will continue to improve.

This was my second stay at the Bina Darma Hotel. The Family Suite is always a favorite when visiting with family.
Yesterday, I stayed with four adults and one infant. The room was spacious and had complete amenities. However, the hot water wasn't quite hot enough.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the hot water was good, although it took a while.
However, the water heater was broken, and there was no plug for my phone charger. I had to unplug the lights and TV.
Other than that, it was pretty good.
