Bad service, dirty room, not suitable for a 4 star hotel, the bed was propped up, the TV couldn't be watched, the room access card was broken, had to be swiped repeatedly for a long time, the room lights were also dim, basically disappointed staying here

It's a bit of a shame that only one toothbrush and sandals were available, even though I ordered them for two people. I called the relevant department to complain, but they only said they would add more. However, when we checked out, there was no change.

The location is quite strategic near the mall, the service from the staff is quite good, the breakfast is quite varied but the rooms need significant repairs and/or replacements on the floors, windows and televisions, as well as other electronic equipment.

Yesterday I tried staying at Arcadia, it's close to Mangga Dua Mall and Mangga Dua Square. Easy access. There are also many foods in the surrounding area. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is okay. The soap smells good, it's very calm. But the wifi doesn't support playing together, or maybe I got a room with a bad signal. Oh yeah, I just found out when I checked in, the swimming pool has not been operating for a long time, owgh so sad I never knew the pool couldn't be used hikssss...

The door was broken when I just checked in... The bathroom soap and shampoo were not refilled... I wanted to order room service, I've called the operator several times but they didn't pick up...

There was no security during my 3-day stay. There is no comfortable parking lot. The parking lot is mostly used for directors/staff cars, not for guests. There is no active parking lot to bring luggage to the lobby. We ourselves have to climb the stairs to carry our own luggage, there is no bell boy to help.
