The price shows the facilities, yet it will be good option to stay a night with low price accommodation and. The man who in charge in this guest house was so nice and helpful 👍.

Kalo mau cari posisi guesthousenya di belakang. Kamarnya bersih & rapi. Harga sesuai dengan fasilitasnya. Cocok bagi yang cari penginapan murah untuk tidur. Menuju kamar naik tangga. Kalo saya recommended sih untuk nginap di sini kalo low budget. Harap bawa odol dan sikat gigi sendiri ya. Full AC, TV, wifi dan di pusat Kota Balikpapan.

Take the usual stairs to the 4th floor, can't go up and down repeatedly and can carry things because I can't go up high. Other facilities are quite good.

Meskipun kamar mandinya di luar, tapi kamarnya bersih, kasur yang tersedia hanya tipe single, pelayanannya ramah, kalau mau check in harus menghubungi nomor yang tercatat di dekat pintu masuk. Tempat ini sangat cocok bagi backpacker atau yang hanya ingin istirahat/transit sebentar.

Room small and comfy reminds me of college days. The guesthouse service guy is very nice and polite and kind. I am very satisfied with his hospitality. Canteen food portion is small and quite pricy.

The most important thing is that it is 5-star cleanliness, friendly staff, decent WiFi, there is a canteen (okay price). If you want to eat out, there are also many choices of fresh vegetables, meatballs, dumplings, satay, tofu, there is a bosa atm here, close to the mall (e-walk), minimarket (about 200m). There is a refill for drinking water outside (gallon water dispenser, normal hot cold), the bathroom is not inside, it is outside (shared), the bathroom is clean but the name is also shared, it can be other guests whose cleanliness does not match our expectations. The air conditioner is cold, the flat TV broadcasts are okay, the remote is there, the towel hanger is outside (shared) near the bathroom. So far in my opinion, satisfying.
