Kamarnya bau bangkai, mau di reschedule ga bisa, di refund juga ga bisa, minta bantuan sama resepsionisnya sama sekali ga guna.

The rooms are neat, clean, the design is also simple, even though it's in the middle of a village, it's still nice. It's just that the service is lacking.

No Key room, No fresh water, linen so dirty.

The hotel does not provide individual key, The bedsheet have holes, toilets is dirty and the towel hanger is damage. Poor maintained. not recommend for long stay!

The room is not according to the order.

No compliment of drinking water. no hairdryer. No bathroom aminities. room phone does not exist. WiFi does not exist. the room is not soundproof, so it sounds noisy from outside. Not recommended.

Very noisy until dawn, so it can not rest comfortably.

AC is really cold, tp ... 1. sheets & pillowcases have lots of blemishes + smells, so I go to sleep choose without pillows 2. smell of cigarette smoke, even if you order non-smoking kmr 3. slippery floor, feels when slsai from shower + find aqua trash left behind

I really enjoyed my stay for the days I spent there and I hope to be there again when next I visit Indonesia.

a great room and service. the staffs are so nice. but its bad that we heard the beeping sounds all the night and kinda annoying but over all it is great to spent night there. thanks

Pretty good room for that price. But unfortunately there is no breakfast and bottled water.
