So far so good, disappointed because the lights went out 2 times, first at night, second at dawn. The place is pretty good, just a problem with the lights off and not only my unit, there are others who are also affected, next time before entering a guest, first check the pulsapa.

The condition of the apartment is not good (old, dull and rather dark). The room we rent is clean and pretty good but the furniture has to be replaced or repaired. broken couch, Mattress can be deflated piled in the middle of the room is very disturbing mood and scenery. Likewise, the pillows are flat and not abysmally shaped. But the mother manager and crew were all kind and friendly, responsive and immediately helped. The bathroom is clean but there is no water heater, the AC is cold, the stove works fine.

Lack of privacy, dirty hallways, noisy, dirty dusty conditions, no dayli checking, bathroom floors and dirty tubs. Maybe because it's an old apartment.

The broken bathroom door could not be locked, the only room was not air-conditioned.

The room is quite spacious, comfortable and clean, heavy water, cold AC, sprey and clean mattress. Really recommended for just transit office or other work around Cibubur.

AC does not work, there is a kitchen but nothing that can be used there is a gas stove, no gas cylinders, no blankets, no towels, soap / shampoo. The point is far from what is offered.

When I first came to the electric room it didn't turn on, after waiting a long time, finally I asked to move rooms, enter the room, but not bed sheets, wait again. Our booking is for an application for 4 guests, but only 1 towel and 1 bath. Ask if you can't. Close closed uninstall, shower closed handle is broken, so it can't make splash. The price is quite affordable for 2 bedrooms, the room facilities are good, but the surrounding facilities are less like a swimming pool that has no water, a rather shabby environment.
