I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel, and it actually feels like I'm staying in a boarding house because I've been extending my stay for over two weeks. If I'm ever in Surabaya, I always stay at the Great Hotel, haha. Everything is great, except for the food, which I find lacking in flavor, so I only eat out occasionally.

Here are some revisions that need to be carefully considered by the hotel. In my opinion, everything is good, the view is as requested, and the staff are very responsive, making me very comfortable. However, when I checked the bedroom, there were mold stains on the pillows, which really needs to be looked into. Overall, everything is good.

The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and offer customers what is missing and are willing to take care of the shortcomings, a very good experience compared to five-star hotels where the waiters just sit there watching people eat but don't offer to take food.
