The hotel was comfortable and close to the city center, but there was a downside: I got a room at the back, and it turned out to be infested with mice, as there was a small hole in the ceiling. I was disappointed. I told the hotel staff, but they only responded, "Okay, ma'am, we'll check back later."

Even though many new hotels have sprung up, Mesra, which is one of the old hotels, provides services and facilities that are more or less the same as new hotels, and most importantly, it is pocket-friendly.
