The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean.

This room type is very small, very tight for prayer. The location is also too far away, so it's not a problem for a group. Next time, it's better to choose directly on site.

This Mifan is old huh.. when I was in high school my parents often took me to play in the water here. Now I bring my parents and their grandchildren (my children). Minus Mifan: 1. The room is not equipped with AC. Padang Panjang city is not that cold, so the owner only thinks that customers only need room ventilation. However, AC is still needed so that the room does not feel stuffy. Even the lodgings in Puncak Sentul which are colder, all of their lodgings already have AC (if the owner's point of view is only from the temperature. Sentul Puncak's temperature is colder than Padang Panjang). 2. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The fan absorbs odors in the bathroom. I swear, if a family member has a bowel movement, the smell is hard to get rid of in the bathroom. As long as the bathroom door is open, the smell of your bowel movements spreads into the room. 3. Breakfast is mediocre. It doesn't matter if adult breakfast is only provided with lontong sayur, fried noodles and fried rice.. at least provide a menu for our toddlers. We came here because of our children, not because of us. At least there is KOKO KRUNCH and MILK for the children's breakfast menu.

The advantages: children like it because it is close to the waterpark, and the check-in and checkout process is quite fast but it is not connected to the security at the entrance post because every time you enter the gate you are always asked as if you are suspected of not being a guest even though you have been back and forth several times, the security needs a special refresher on how to SOP for guests who are staying

Everything is good. Location, variety of room types. Only minus the AC. I took a superior room. There is no AC, wey. I couldn't sleep all night because it was hot. Those who are used to living with AC wind should think twice about staying here. Oyo rooms that are 200 thousand rupiahs have AC. How can we not be given AC in a nice cottage like this, right? LOL.

Staff service is ok, superior kiddy for the price *** is too expensive, the interior needs to be upgraded, the rattan chairs are damaged, if possible don't use them anymore..or replace them with carpets with sitting cushions and small tables for drinking coffee🫣
