The room on the first floor has a low ceiling, no windows, stuffy air. The shower is broken, the water in the toilet is very weak. The hotel does not have free filtered water, the price for Lavie filtered water is 20k/bottle, I drank a can of bird's nest drink for 30k. The receptionist did not help carry luggage to the lobby. I feel unsatisfied with the price.

Hello, after careful investigation, the hotel recorded that you checked in at 5:30 am and checked out at 5:52 pm. This is a family hotel that has been in operation for many years and has not recorded any previous cases of spiritual problems. Each floor of the hotel has many other rooms and while you were staying, the system recorded that there were still other guests staying and living on the floor, sometimes you may have been confused because of the guests in the next room. The hotel staff also did not receive information from you about the above issue when checking out. I hope you will consider carefully because this information will damage the reputation and make future guests afraid to come to the hotel. Thank you for choosing the hotel and I hope you understand the above incident.

There are no restaurants around the hotel. There is no free drinking water or tea in the room. The hotel keeps the guest's ID card until check out even though the guest has paid the entire room fee via the app.

The receptionist was not friendly. I was in Hue and had traveled far, so I was very tired and arrived at 12 noon and asked for an early check-in, but the receptionist did not allow it and asked for it to be checked in at exactly 2 o'clock. And I sat and waited until 15 minutes to 2 o'clock, and the receptionist still did not agree even though the hotel room was available. The previous hotels I booked on Travelokas all allowed me to check in a little earlier. The hotel room did not have a night light, no free drinks, no free coffee and tea for guests, and no hair dryer... Thai, the receptionist service is so bad

The room is okay compared to the price after sale, the hotel staff is a bit cold, the hotel policy is quite strict, check-in time is 2am, if you check in earlier, each hour earlier will be 100k, even 30 minutes later, you still have to pay an additional 100k. Maybe because it's near the airport.

The room is very small, about 10 square meters. The room has no windows so it is very stuffy. The main door has no latch. The equipment is rudimentary, the room leaks a lot.

Staff are not friendly. Slow. Called the receptionist twice to ask to clean the room but did not notify the room. Hang the sign until the housekeeping staff sees it in the afternoon and asks for help cleaning it. The bathroom has no razor, no hair dryer, and no hand soap. The bathroom is too small. Room does not have free mineral water like other hotels, mineral water fee is 20k/bottle.

Phòng ở khá ổn tuy nhiên khi đặt phòng mình có note là muốn checkin phg sớm hơn 1 tiếng. Đc biết khách sạn sẽ đồng ý nếu lúc đó còn phg trống. Tuy nhiên lúc mình đến check in nhân viên phục vụ có nói với mình là kệ mình đặt và note trên traveloka quy định của khách sạn là khác. Dù khách sạn có phg trống nhưng vẫn bắt mình nộp thêm phí do checkin trước 30p so với giờ quy định của ks. Nếu biết trước như thế mình đã đặt ở chỗ khác.

dịch vụ thật sự rất thất vọng. phòng không có sẵn xà bông rửa tay và máy sấy, không có bảng hướng dẫn. mình đi xuống lễ tân để hỏi trực tiếp thì bảo có máy sấy, mình yêu cầu cầm lên mãi thì vẫn không có. mình đi 2 người có rất nhiều vali hành lí nặng nhưng không có ai hỗ trợ, ban đầu phải vác lên thang bộ. ngày cuối bên khách sạn có gọi điện hỏi mình thuê thêm giờ không, mình bảo không và có thể ra trễ 1 tí (mình có ra trễ hơn do soạn đồ, cỡ 15p, lúc xuống mình cũng không biết là phải đưa thẻ lại, nên mình vẫn để trên phòng, lúc đó lễ tân vẫn tính thêm giờ), khách sạn cũng không hề nhắc và tới lúc check out thì tính thêm 100k, mình rất bực bội. với giá tiền hơn 600k/1 ngày nhưng dịch vụ còn tệ hơn các homestay đồng giá.
