The service attitude of the staff and the cleaners is not proper towards customers and is not suitable for the hotel and service industry.

Cheerful and enthusiastic staff, worth the experience

During the day, I saw 1-2 cockroaches and thought I was mistaken. When I asked the staff to check out, they didn't refund part of the money, so I tried to stay. In the evening, I came back from a trip and saw a lot of baby cockroaches in the room, from the shelves, the floor,... because I came back at night, I had to stay until the next morning and checked out. I couldn't sleep at night because I was scared. I booked 2 nights there but had to check out immediately, and had to pay for the room the next day. I booked for more than 490k/room. When I checked in, the curtains were old and stuck, so I had to ask the staff for help. The female staff couldn't do it for a long time, and the male staff also had to pull it for a while before they could do it. The staff said it was because I pulled too hard even though I was only pulling lightly, and I'm a woman. The wooden curtains were missing a horizontal slat :). The toilet didn't flush cleanly, and the shower water was sometimes cold and sometimes hot even though I always turned on the hot and cold. I had to buy a 500ml Lavi bottle for 20k for mineral water (usually I think that with that room price, there will be filtered water to drink) - everyone should consider and buy in advance if they want to save money. The bed sheet was sticky? It really looked disgusting, like it hadn't been washed. It was a very dark color. The mattress was hard. The bathroom light was flickering, very dim. The sink faucet was wobbly and not fixed. When I checked out, I told the staff that there were cockroaches in the room. When I showed the video, the staff said they would report it to the staff, there was no apology at all. Very bad experience.

Check in at exactly 2pm. Location near the airport, secure, quiet. Clean room, an ideal choice.

The room on the first floor has a low ceiling, no windows, stuffy air. The shower is broken, the water in the toilet is very weak. The hotel does not have free filtered water, the price for Lavie filtered water is 20k/bottle, I drank a can of bird's nest drink for 30k. The receptionist did not help carry luggage to the lobby. I feel unsatisfied with the price.

There are no restaurants around the hotel. There is no free drinking water or tea in the room. The hotel keeps the guest's ID card until check out even though the guest has paid the entire room fee via the app.

The receptionist was not friendly. I was in Hue and had traveled far, so I was very tired and arrived at 12 noon and asked for an early check-in, but the receptionist did not allow it and asked for it to be checked in at exactly 2 o'clock. And I sat and waited until 15 minutes to 2 o'clock, and the receptionist still did not agree even though the hotel room was available. The previous hotels I booked on Travelokas all allowed me to check in a little earlier. The room is okay compared to the price after sale, the hotel staff is a bit cold, the hotel policy is quite strict, check-in time is 2am, if you check in earlier, each hour earlier will be 100k, even 30 minutes later, you still have to pay an additional 100k. Maybe because it's near the airport.
