The food was satisfactory, but the service was lacking. We arrived late, around 3:30 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet.

I've been interested in this hotel for a long time because of its location on the ring road. The initial impression was luxurious, with a 24-hour swimming pool and spacious rooms, but unfortunately, an unpleasant incident occurred after just my first stay. There were two baby cockroaches roaming around in the bathroom. We immediately killed the first one and were reluctant to report it because it was late at night, so we decided not to extend our stay. When we checked out and reported the situation, the receptionist only apologized. In terms of service and cleanliness, it was still inferior to the hotel next door.

Our go-to hotel when we're on holiday in Yogyakarta. While the price is a bit high, it's well worth the facilities: spacious rooms, great breakfast, and access to the Pakuwon Mall. The staff are friendly.

Friendly staff, quite varied food.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. However, the complimentary fruit selection in the rooms could be improved, as the oranges were quite bland considering this is a 5 star hotel. The tables around the pool were also wet from the rain the night before, making it less comfortable to enjoy a coffee. Hopefully, this can be improved.
