I stayed for 3D2N for a business trip. As a Malaccan, the location is near the city, which is convenient. But the staff was not so welcoming when I checked in or checked out. Then, the air conditioner had an annoying noise the second day. And there’s no pop-up drain stopper in the sink. What happens if I drop something valuable while washing my hands or face? I asked for room make-up the second day, and they didn’t arrange my bedsheet nicely as shown in the photo. They didn’t even clean the toilet bowl cleaner mark. Do they really train how to clean? The third day, the cleaner made up my room without me asking? Entered my room with no permission? How can that happen? Where’s my privacy, right? Lastly, the bedding is thin and has several yellowish marks, which I don’t really feel comfortable because they used fully white bedding. I heard the food there was nice, but during my stay, there’s no breakfast available.
