When bad service comes, the rooms are also provided improvised, dirty and smelly. The contents of the refrigerator are empty but Dirty. The toilet cannot be flushed. AC leaks and is noisy. When it arrived there were no towels, needed to be asked to be given. And only given 3 even though the room is for 4 guests. That night asked to move to an upstairs room, it was quite occupied even though it still smelled.

Close to the beach. I found no problem with workers here. Just a little disappointed with the facilities. Wifi does not reach the entire room, even though it is listed as one of the facilities obtained. TV channel is also only one clear. The room lights are dim.

Cheap and comfortable, quite comfortable for a budget hotel, for sleeping while in Pangandaran, this is good enough. Very close to the west coast and public facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets, and others.

Not really a recommendation. The room is cramped, dirty, lots of ants in the bathroom. TV has no signal. The air conditioner is not cold enough, the lights are very dark. The night light doesn't work. Regret staying here. Very far to the beach.

Just a suggestion, further improve service to consumers, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. For cleanliness 7/10 so it's still pretty good, for service, it's really lacking. The hotel staff is not friendly at all, all bitchy. All facilities must be requested, like glass towels.. trz drinking water is not provided in the room dispenser together outside, the sheets are not replaced, the hot water does not turn on, the tv channel is only antv only, not recommended, want to check in at half past 2 or not could have to be charged again even though the room was empty "only half an hour difference" please deh.

The location is a bit far from the beach, the villanua itself is big for the price of 350k, it can fit most of the 7 yesterday, I had a room with two beds, it was big, it's just that the air conditioner sounded like a stick, so it was a little disturbed when the ac was turned on and the walls were peeling off, it seems it would be better if the ac in service and repainted rooms.

My rating for this inn is enough. According to the price we pay. Don't have too high expectations 😊 for those who want to stay overnight, bring your own mineral water, your own toiletries, and don't forget to bring mosquito coils. The others have been conveyed by the previous stay.

The TV doesn't work. Children become Bete. No entertainment.

Actually it's comfortable, it's just that there are no toiletries, only towels. The towels were also requested first from 4 rooms, some of the AC and TV didn't turn on. Warm water doesn't really work, close to the beach. Wifi is not connected to the network even though it is being monitored below. Sorry, please improve, it's a shame the place is strategic.

Kamarnya bau apek, sprei sama selimut kotor, lampu mati alasannya korslet, shower rusak, air panas mati, di web ada wi fi tapi ga ada, pegawai tidak profesional, sudah cukup sekali aja nginep di sana, standar OYO kok begjtu ya kecewa berat.

Masuk ke lobby bau asep rokok, pelayanan kurang ramah, sprei kotor, lampu dekat kamar mandi mati, air di wastafel mati, air galon kosong. Komplain katanya ambil aja galon di lantai bawah habis airnya. Harga air galon gak seberapa tp gak niat aja nyediain, tau sih murah sewa kamarnya tapi gak gini juga. Cukup sekali aja nginep di sini.
