Apartment unit managers are difficult to contact. so I was initially stuck in the lobby for about 30 minutes. then the manager can be contacted and we are told to go to the indicated unit. it turns out the unit is wrong (I ordered the executive room and the one given is a regular studio unit). then the manager gives info that they are giving the wrong room (executive room already occupied others). finally we swapped the unit.
