The bathwater wasn't hot enough, and the curtains didn't block out the light.

The reception staff helped my family check in early at 12 pm because we had young children. The rooms were clean. The hotel is opposite the beach and has many restaurants and cafes. It also has a gym and a beautiful rooftop swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was also good. The only downside is that there is a fee for parking. Otherwise, my family had a satisfying holiday.

The view is beautiful, however, there are too few elevators. Reaching the higher floors will take a long time.

The room is ok for the price, the sea view is very nice, the cleaning staff and the receptionist are also very ok when they all greeted me in the elevator. But the soundproofing of the room and the hallway is poor, you can still hear outside if it's too noisy in the room and vice versa.

I had a wonderful vacation in Nha Trang, especially satisfied with the location and service of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, near the beach, in an alley but only 1 house away from the main road, just cross the road and you'll reach the beach. The surrounding area has full amenities, opposite there's a department store selling all kinds of things.

I have never seen a 4* hotel as bad as this: 1. The receptionist is clumsy 2. The doorman is cute but they look so small that they look like they are under 18 years old. 3. No floor card. Just go up and down the elevator without security 4. The room has almost no soundproofing. I couldn't sleep all night. I could hear people walking in the hallway. 5. The room is very bad. The chair is covered with a thick layer of dust, the toilet glass looks dirty. 6. The lights are very dark. The table lamp is just for display but broken and can't be used. 7. The breakfast buffet is very bad. 8. The hotel doesn't have a car park but it's not noted on the website or when checking in. Guests have to pay 100k/day to park their car at the designated hotel location (the hotel tells guests it's 100k/day for free entry). But when I needed to get my things from the car, the hotel told the security guard to go home to take a shower and was on his way back. But they made me wait from 11pm to 1am, every time I asked, they said they were coming back, at 1am I was so angry that I asked for the security guard's address so I could go get the key myself and called the receptionist to curse them, then they came to open the door. The receptionist also said that the parking lot was not the hotel's so they were not responsible and they had already helped me get my things - the hotel's support was to make the guest wait from 11pm to 1am, after the guest got so angry and cursed, they opened the door. In general, I will never come back.

Great hotel, I arrived quite early but the staff still helped me check in early because I had a small child. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic. My room had a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was also quite delicious and to my taste. Overall, I will book again when I have the opportunity to come to Nha Trang.
