The rooms were okay, but the reception service didn't live up to 4-star standards. My biggest disappointment at Majestic Premium Nha Trang was the reception service. The hotel didn't have an iron in the room, and when I called reception for assistance, the phone communication was really poor. I had to call 2-3 times, and each time I clearly felt the unpleasant and unenthusiastic attitude from the receptionists. The way they answered the phone also lacked the professionalism expected of a 4-star hotel. I think this wouldn't be a major issue if the hotel didn't have an iron, as they could have clearly informed guests or offered other solutions. What really bothered me was the attitude and communication with guests. The rooms and facilities were generally quite good, but the quality of the rooms couldn't compensate for the unprofessional service experience. I hope the hotel will train and improve the reception staff's skills, especially in handling and processing guest requests over the phone. With a 4-star rating, I expected a more professional and friendly experience.

The hotel is located right on Tran Phu street, but you have to turn into alley 1. The hotel is quite large, with a spacious lobby. The receptionist, named Ngoc Tien, was very gentle, friendly, professional, and the check-in was quick. The rooms were clean. The hotel even upgraded my room for free. The soundproofing was excellent. Before, I could hear the loud clubs from other hotels, but here I couldn't hear anything. I highly recommend the breakfast. I think they should raise the kitchen staff's salary because I've never had such a delicious breakfast with so many dishes at any other hotel. Especially the pork ribs in the stew. One thing I didn't see was a bellman to help carry luggage like in other hotels! Otherwise, everything was okay.

The hotel is reasonably priced and has a great location. I liked the spacious lobby and the comfortable sofas. The hotel staff were very helpful, allowing me to wait in the lobby for 5 hours due to a flight delay. Thanks to that, my two children still had a place to rest during lunchtime.

The room is ok for the price, the sea view is very nice, the cleaning staff and the receptionist are also very ok when they all greeted me in the elevator. But the soundproofing of the room and the hallway is poor, you can still hear outside if it's too noisy in the room and vice versa.
