Okay, the hotel owner was friendly, but for 500k VND, this place isn't worth it. Upon entering, there was a very unpleasant musty smell; it didn't feel clean and wasn't good.

I give this hotel 10 points without any buts. The hotel is centrally located, convenient for traveling to places in Da Nang city (including walking), has rooms with a view of Dragon Bridge. Reasonable price. The owner is friendly, lovely, enthusiastic and also helps book tour tickets around Da Nang. There are motorbikes for rent, very convenient for those who want to visit and explore Da Nang by motorbike. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will still choose to stay here.

The room is spacious and airy, some rooms have a view overlooking the dragon bridge. The owner of the 10-point hotel is friendly, enthusiastic, kind, and has helped me a lot during my 5 days in DN. At her hotel, there are many other services such as: laundry, motorbike rental, taxi booking, ... the price is very reasonable, if everyone needs anything, just ask her. Because your hotel is also quite famous (everyone reviews each other), so if everyone wants to go to Da Nang, they should book early, it's not easy to run out of rooms! ps. The location is very strategic, just walk to the biggest night market in Danang, it's just a shame the hotel is a bit stuffy, maybe because it hasn't been occupied for a long time but it's a favorite for Vietnamese.
