Serviced apartment style room, separate kitchen and sofa bed. Spacious space, beautiful view, suitable for families, especially with 2 or more children. Good soundproofing room. Cool, stable air conditioning. Comfortable, warm, clean blankets and pillows. Fast stairs so even though it's 30 floors, there's no long wait or too many people. Delicious, diverse breakfast. Fast, polite service staff. Many activities in area D. My family has a 6-year-old child and a 6-month-old child and had a perfect 3-night experience :x

Extremely bad experience when checking out. Book hotel at 14:00 and check out, staff called to exchange at 12:30. When I went down to check out, the staff's attitude was clear. Waiting to check out for 30 minutes. When I finished checking out, the staff did not notify me and had to wait until I asked before saying it was done
