In their detail of facility include airport shuttle so we request to pick us and drop us at airport. We also email direct to them for confirmation but no reply. Unfortunately when we arrived there no car appeared and when we check in we asked them about it, they just reply they forgot. We took a grab to going airport and hotel.

Thanks for the feedback from you. We inform you that Doha Hotel has an airport shuttle service available for a fee (not free). Guests who wish to use the shuttle service must contact Doha in advance. Sorry for the misunderstanding from you. Best regards.

The location is the beat choice if we transit at Ho Chi Minh's Tan Son Nath International Airport. It's only 10 minutes walk. It's easy to find street food, restaurants, and coffee shop around. The staff is friendly, communicative, and helpful. We can order taxi or airport shuttle through the hotel's receptionist.
