The place is near to all attractions in the city center. Checking in and waiting for the elevator takes a long time though so you would need patience on that. The breakfast buffet is good, there 's a variety of food.

Pros: Nice lobby and roof-deck restaurant. Approachable and friendly staff. Must try the coffee shop at the ground floor. Cons: Too expensive for a basement room without a view. The bathroom is too small and has weak water pressure on some nights. Only one elevator works and double parking is too much of a hassle.

The breakfast buffet is great. Although they don't have toilet bidet. The staff is very accomodating. If you have a car, their parking small but they have person to assist you over all is all good.

Not worth the price of ₱2,300.00 per night. The basement rooms were dreary, view from the window is wall and dirt, why even bother putting a window? No light switch by the bed, you have to hold the flush handle longer than normal for the toilet to drain. Simply put. I won't come back.

Poor service especially the staffs. They let all the people wait on the lobby for more than an hour for processing. 2pm expected check in, Pass 3pm actual check in time with the same check out even we're pass 1 hour check in.

They have the worst WiFi connection I have experienced in a hotel, so far. Plus no bidet, most hotel bathrooms have bidets installed these days.

Whatever you do, do not book a Superior Room. It's air-conditioned but has no windows and an exhaust system. It is located in the basement - they have 4. The pictures I took are all existing in their profile but I did not focus on it - might happen to you too. The toilet bowl greets you the moment you enter the bathroom. The "flush" is located almost under the sink. The shower curtain stinks too. The windows in the picture open up to a dark storage space with a wall facing the room. The bed is a twin, we were told all rooms like this have no big beds. They suggested just putting it together. It is full of mosquitoes too. I sprayed citronella but it was us who got dizzy not the pests. I was supposed to celebrate my long overdue mini honeymoon it's disappointing. We had to call and ask the front desk to transfer us to a Deluxe Room, on the upper floors, long as it has windows we will pay up the difference. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. Get this, the Deluxe Rooms are fan rooms but better in all aspects with only a minimal additional charge. We are staying for 4 days, out of the room most of the time but nothing beats coming home to a room with better amenities not to mention fresh air. Just a thought - the windows do not have screens and open wide to a neighbourhood without safety precautions. If someone jumps - they will surely succeed. If you sleepwalk and head to it - it is the end: the hotel's biggest asset - the people. From the guards to the concierge to the front office and F&B, everyone is polite and helpful. If not for them, we would have transferred the following day. I can only help out this way, the rest is up to you.

The bathroom is very small esp. the shower area for petite person lang. The room is okay there are stains lang and the mirror looks old. Kami pa yung nagpalit ng punda ng unan dahil hindi pinalitan nung room service. Food was okay. I do not recommend this place the price is not worth it.wifi is weak and you will not be able to connect to wifi if there were a lot of guest. You have to reactivate the keycard everytime because it is deact. kapag nalalapit sa cp. There is also no bidet. Very disappointing. Also wala talagang signal ung mobile sa basement.

I requested for an early check in but I didn’t receive any confirmation. I arrived 7 am and they informed me that standard check in is 2pm so I went exploring the city first. I came back 12nn since this is the standard check out time however I’ve waited for almost 2 hrs now along with dozen of people waiting to check in. If I had known, I should just book a transient which may have better service.

Very accommodating, food (breakfast buffet) was great. Rooftop view was superb. Location wise is too accessible to main spots of Baguio. Just a walk away. Clean and comfy room. (wifi was just fair because sometimes hard to find since we were in basement area). Easy to check in.
