The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is strategically close to the ITS campus 👍☺️ I have stayed here twice, thank you, my child feels at home ☺️🥰

Like being in your own home... Comfortable.

This accommodation feels like a family home. The rooms are clean and bright, and the bathrooms are also clean. There's a swimming pool, although it's not very large.

The location is very supportive if you have activities at ITS, walking distance from the main gate and quite close to places to eat and Galaxy Mall. The rooms and facilities in them and the cleanliness exceed the guest house's expectations, will be the main choice when visiting ITS again.

The location is close to ITS and the atmosphere is calm. Only if you want to enter ITS, when at the roundabout you have to be careful because it cuts the lane, while vehicles from the direction of Kertajaya to Mulyosari are going fast.

The place is comfortable, but the food is a bit lacking.

TV doesn't work, have asked the staff for help but still can't, food provided is boxed rice with 2 choices, vintage interior but poorly maintained, bathroom like in a hospital. Drinking water, coffee etc. are provided in the public kitchen, which when finished you are asked to wash your own glass...

Everything is OK, only the breakfast is not very varied.

The pool is nice, wide, quiet. The garden is shady. There is no noise.

Very homey, as the name suggests Rumah Kertajaya, so it feels like home 🥰 especially the premier plus room, it's awesome 😍will definitely come back here. 😀

I came to this hotel on the afternoon of 14 January 2025 from Surabaya Gubeng Station. I was greeted by two male hotel staff who explained some of the hotel's stuff: where to get my breakfast, laundry, and when the reception opens and closes. In the morning, a lady staff member served me breakfast from a nearby cafe (because the hotel does not have a stand-alone restaurant). The laundry was just the staff picking up your dirty clothes to a nearby express launderer for Rp 40,000, which you can take from the reception at 6 pm. Remember that this express launderer uses a clear plastic bag, so do not wash your undies there if you are uncomfortable. The room is very Lindy because it has a tall ceiling (~5 metres high), which is good for creativity (I finished my Q1 journal article here in 4 hours!). The bidet is available, and the hot water shower is on (no hot water in the sink or bidet). Items of furniture are old and look like they have been used for a long time, and the air conditioner works, although its cover looks loosely attached. Free WIFI is available, although its firewall is a bit strange (i.e. it did not permit me to download specific journals or to open helioviewer.org, a completely safe website for solar monitoring). We did not have in-room snacks, coffee, or tea, only two 600 ml bottles of drinking water. The bedding is excellent, the pillows are comfortable, and I had my best two nights' sleep here.
