The room was actually comfortable, but I happened to get a room next to the freight elevator, and the noise was quite disturbing. Otherwise, I was very satisfied, and the staff was very friendly.

Overall, it's okay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious, and the price is very affordable. The only downside is that there's very little parking space. So I always park my car at the school next to each hotel. Crossing the busy street is a bit scary, especially when there's no one to help me.

Very happy to stay here, friendly staff, pool, location is not very central but quite easy to access to buy souvenirs because hopefully there is no traffic jam, I like the shower the most, it can be used for ablution, the lemongrass scented soap is very relaxing, there is a welcome drink of mustard greens juice. Recommended, only the lack of soundproofing in the room, the sound of the elevator from inside the room is a bit disturbing but overall okay

I stayed in room 706, a spacious room, cleaned every day without being asked, the water in the bathroom was a bit stagnant because the floor was not slanted enough so the water was not completely drained, I don't really understand whether the tea stirrer is always replaced every time there is a new visitor or not, because the writing on the stirrer is peeling off and doesn't look like new, the wifi is smooth, the AC is cold, the price is quite affordable compared to lodgings around Kariadi Hospital, it's better to stay at this hotel, only a difference of 20 thousand can get wow facilities. I didn't eat at the restaurant but was offered to eat in the room by the hotel. Suggestion: the bathroom floor can be renovated so that the water can drain completely and not stagnate.

Several times staying at hotels around Simpang Lima with prices ranging from 300-500 thousand, this hotel is the most mediocre. Sorry but the conditions are like this. When you first enter, you have to wait 30 minutes to check in. Lift your suitcase to the trolley yourself, there is no security guard, want to enter the elevator under construction, finally take the elevator at the back, it seems like this is a goods elevator. Expecting a comfortable room? It turns out we booked the wrong hotel, it doesn't meet expectations, it's okay! Even though we diligently read reviews before booking & there's no way the price is not good, because the price is not cheap compared to the hotels we booked before. for the cleanliness of the bathroom, it can be improved, because when you want to take a shower, you can smell a pungent, rotten smell from the drain.
