On my first day of staying here, I complained about the lack of towels because they were still being laundered, and I had to wait almost an hour. The mattress squeaked and needed maintenance, but the staff service, cleanliness, and food were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Perhaps these two points could be used as a basis for evaluating the hotel. Overall, good 8/10.

I booked a deluxe room. I think this is the most inadequate Horizon room. Usually, Horizons have a hairdryer attached to the wall in the toilet. There's no full-length mirror in the room. The AC remote doesn't work to regulate the temperature. It feels like staying in a boarding house, not a hotel. The hallway leading to the room isn't carpeted like in other Horizon hotels.

I chose this hotel because I thought it was close to Kariadi, and I only needed to take a shower and change clothes at the hotel, but it turned out to be very disappointing.
I asked for towels, but they haven't been replaced for 2 days :(

Overall, it's okay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious, and the price is very affordable. The only downside is that there's very little parking space. So I always park my car at the school next to each hotel.
Crossing the busy street is a bit scary, especially when there's no one to help me.
