Cleanliness was not maintained, there was a lot of trash beside/under the bed that hadn't been cleaned. The AC wasn't cold.

Pros: Location. Cons: Lots. No towels, toothbrush/toothpaste, or soap. Old guesthouse. Rooms smell of cigarettes. Yellowish sheets and pillowcases covered in stains. Walls are peeling, toilet bidet and flush are broken. AC is not cold enough. Stairs to the second floor are dangerous, steep, and narrow.

For that price, it's comfortable, has Wi-Fi, is affordable, and is quite good for those who want to stay for 1-3 days.
