I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to the waiters who served breakfast. I asked for white rice and they gave me some (there wasn't any on the buffet). The breakfast was delicious, and there's a cafe downstairs. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, hehe.

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel's pool. Oh my God, it's aesthetically pleasing in every corner. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious with a wide variety. The hotel grounds are also spotless. 3D2N staycation at Kollektiv during high season was such a pleasant experience 🤍 What made the stay memorable was definitely the hospitality—all the staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from check-in until check-out. The hotel itself is very Instagrammable with its unique container-style concept, lush greenery, and aesthetic industrial ambiance. Every corner honestly feels photogenic 📸 Another plus point is the integrated café, Hara Café, which is beautifully designed and super cozy for chilling, working, or simply enjoying coffee and brunch. The vibes were immaculate ✨ The only downside for me is the location feels slightly far from Bandung city center, especially when the traffic gets busy during high season. The parking area is also a bit narrow, and the drop-off area is right on the roadside, so it can feel a little hectic during peak hours. But overall, still a very satisfying stay experience. Perfect for those who love aesthetic boutique hotels with a cozy atmosphere and warm service. Would love to come back someday 🫶

The staff are friendly and the superior room was okay.

The rooms aren't soundproof, so it's quite noisy when motorcycles with racing exhausts pass by. Breakfast is quite varied.

I stayed here for a total of over 7 days over the course of a month. The location, service, cleanliness, etc. were all fine. But the breakfast was utterly boring. Another balado egg, another balado egg. The only chicken meat was shredded chicken, and that was for porridge.
