The pillowcases and towels really need to be washed, at least with bleach, so they don't look so shabby. Also, if the toilet is no longer in good condition, please replace it. It takes a long time to fill it once it's flushed, and it's cracked, so just glue or tape it over it.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable for a staycation. The room was clean, quite spacious, and had complete amenities. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were fast. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a good place to rest. The location is also quite strategic, and it's easy to find food around the hotel. Throughout my stay, everything was fine and met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again! ✨

There's a problem with the flush in toilet 218, which isn't working, and the room isn't very clean. Please reconsider. Everything else is good, with a strategic location and easy access to food.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with some complaints, but unfortunately, our room 139 had cockroaches, the bathroom toilet was clogged, and I ordered a king/double bed but was given twin beds. Just one stay here.

The environment is really comfortable.. Located in a very comfortable, clean and tidy residential area.. The residents are also very friendly.. The air is good, there is a coffee shop right across from the hotel, called Warung Oi.
