The hotel is clean and convenient for traveling. The only problem is that my room didn't have a window, so it was a bit stuffy when I opened the door. I turned on the air conditioner for a while and it was ok. The receptionist named Binh was quite enthusiastic and friendly, and supported my family very well. If I have the opportunity to return to Sapa, I will definitely come back here and book a room with a window 🙂.

Sarapan sesuai pesanan, rasa makanan lumayan namun karena kurang komunikasi terkait kendala bahasa jadi sempat diberikan makanan non halal.

The staff were so nice. They let us check in earlier that was really helpful for us. Everything there was pretty good.

Central hotel, close to places to eat, visit. Breakfast ordered vermicelli, pho. Generally suitable for people traveling alone, young groups of people do not have much need to use hotel services

The hotel is located right in the center. The staff is very enthusiastic. We checked in at 1am but the staff was still cheerful. The room is like the picture. There is hot and cold shower. Breakfast is a bit basic, only fried instant noodles or noodle soup. The price is reasonable.

The hotel is very clean, has an elevator. The owner is very enthusiastic, the staff is cheerful and friendly. There is no shortage of amenities, very ok. 10 stars for London. I promise to book again for the next trip.

Good accommodation and good breakfast.

The room looked exactly like on the website. Staffs were nice and friendly. All requests were satisfied immediately. Perfect location made our trip wonderful. Will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The walls do not sound. I have a lot of people. The staff is very friendly.

Service staff not ok. Also said that they eat shrimp noodles that have no noodle package in the room. Clean the room with a towel. The phone is ignored.
