The hotel staff were very helpful; I had a wonderful holiday in Da Nang. I accidentally left my phone behind while I was there, and only remembered when I returned to Ho Chi Minh City. I informed the hotel, and they helped me find it and will arrange for it to be sent back to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel was fantastic; I will definitely stay here again next time!

Rooms 801 and 802 are very spacious and beautiful.

The room was decent for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, when I booked through the app, there was additional information about a late checkout at 6 pm. I thought the hotel already knew, so I didn't ask again during check-in. On my last day, the hotel said they hadn't received that information because the app hadn't notified them, so I had to switch to a larger room at a higher price because the smaller rooms were all booked.

I stayed in Da Nang during the storm season so I haven't experienced all the services here. I found the staff attentive in supporting my family during the time we used the room. The location is near the beach, convenient for traveling.

Curtains, blankets and pillows are the color of congee, have a musty smell, sheets only changed every 2 days

The experience at the hotel was very comfortable, the service was good. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that I forgot a phone charger. After that, I contacted the staff but they said they didn't have one.

The room is spacious, the staff is enthusiastic, and there is a fan in the room. However, the swimming pool water is dirty. The hotel had a new swimming pool when I checked out, so my kids couldn't swim. It's a pity because I rented a hotel with a swimming pool so my kids could swim.

Tropical style hotel, very relaxing feeling. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Especially the staff working in the breakfast buffet area :)).

Check in and check out comfortably. Not suitable for friends or work together because the shower curtain is not closed.

It clearly states that the room is for 2 adults and 2 children, but they give you 1 bed. The room is old, not like the picture, dirty and dusty.

Since when do guests have to pay extra for dirty bed sheets and laundry? Is that the room rental fee plus the laundry fee? The sheets smell of bleach, the towels are black, what a terrible experience.
