Friendly, very helpful, cleanliness is sufficient. Maybe the electric kettle, glasses, and others are always cleaned because we arrived very dusty. It's just very unfortunate that when we were asleep, suddenly our room was knocked on at 3:20 am by someone we didn't know who it was, it really disturbed our rest and even made us so scared that we couldn't sleep again even though we wanted to check out. Someone who didn't know who, knocked on our room very loudly and even tried to open the door. Hopefully next time it won't happen again. The receptionist was also very helpful in checking directly on the floor where we were staying.

Premier Rooms have Netflix and YouTube on their smart TVs, and the signal is fast, so you can watch movies at night. There's a powerful hairdryer. The windows have roller blinds that can be adjusted to your liking. Next door to Malang City Point, there's a supermarket.

My first time in Malang and I found a great hotel. It's located within the Malang Point Mall area, so there are plenty of places to eat and hang out. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to everything. The staff was friendly and responsive when we encountered any issues. I recommend this hotel for your next stay in Malang.
