About check-in time: I rented 1 day 1 night and paid in full 3 days in advance but at 2:40 the receptionist said "we have to wait because there is no room yet, we don't know when the guest will arrive" - meaning that they took the room I booked to let the guest rent by the hour even when it was time for me to pay the rent.
Next, the receptionist asked me "if you want to go in right away, you have to walk up to the 4th floor, that room is SMALLER than the room you booked but now that room is the only one available" - I paid to have to wait to find a room to move into, it was not as described on the app and then I got a room smaller than the actual description.
After 15 minutes, the receptionist said wait a moment, you go up to clean the room that was just returned to me, I looked at the camera at the reception desk, you went in for a while then came out WITHOUT taking anything, where did you clean up the previous guest's things? Did you really clean it? I also followed you to the room and was HORRIFIED that both pillows had pubic hair from the previous person and were turned over on the bed, the side that was exposed had no hair but was still terribly dusty and dirty, the bed sheet had black and brown stains. I asked and you said "I DIDN'T CHANGE THE PILLOW COVERS, only the bed sheet and blanket" ??? I asked why you didn't change the pillow sheets (even though I knew they hadn't all been changed) you replied "I was the only one who did it, please understand" ??? meaning that hotel service businesses have the right not to change used sheets because they are busy ???
