Was a bad experience here. When I checked in, I asked for breakfast to be taken away. The front office staff confirmed and noted my request, but on the day when I checked out at the front office, the male staff who came in at night woke up in shock and said that my breakfast was not there and it seemed like the previous staff had forgotten, very unprofessional.

Nice hotel, nice service, especially the breakfast.

outdated facilities and has damp smell in the room, the decorative pillows was smelly. but other than that quite clean. the breakfast was ok. Heard something running above the ceiling at night, might be a mouse or a cat idk.

Staff was helpful during check in, the room was spacious, clean, had a bathtub, and the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious.

It's my second stay. I like the triple room as it offers convenience for family. The staff are lovely and breakfast options are vary. If I plan to spend holiday in Ubud, I will be back to this. Worth the price 👍🏻

A must-visit hotel on a budget. The facilities are okay and still comfortable to stay in.

Hotel sari villa ubud is a fun place and suitable for family vacation with children,, it's just that the room maintenance is not okay, because the room I occupied the cupboard looks like there are a lot of termites, because there are sand powders from the cupboard falling,, and for the back terrace there is a shower and the clothesline is actually good, it's just dirty, it seems rarely cleaned, so there are many small animals like snails and leaves ... but overall this villa is okay,, always crowded,, hopefully in the future the room maintenance and cleanliness will be improved :D

Next time I want to come back and stay here with my extended family, the access is easy, the parking lot is quite spacious, the distance between the rooms is very close. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Staff was very friendly, helpful during check-in. Luggage was picked up at the car and brought to the room. The room was also very nice. There was a bathtub.

The staff are helpful and super welcome. The location is strategic and close to many attractions. Stayed in the triple room, my kid loves that the bed is hers alone 😁 This hotel is family friendly, so you might be aware that it can be noisy sometimes.

Location in the central area of Ubud, close to Campuhan.

Satisfied staying here, comfortable facilities, good service, close to the city center. Next time I go to Ubud I want to stay here.

There is a supermarket on the right side of the hotel, you can walk there. Clean all rooms and hotel area including swimming pool.
