My family had a wonderful weekend at Becamex Hotel. I am especially impressed by the diverse breakfast menu with outstanding quality.

Excellent value, good services.

The lobby is nice, the rooms are decent but not really new, but overall okay for the area.

The hotel is very spacious and airy. Time and procedures for check-in and check-out are quite picky and time consuming.

The quality of the bed needs to be improved.

The procedure is complicated, requires to keep the customer's papers and then return it later. Air-conditioned hotel room is not cool, too hot.

Room space is quite nice and very convenient, clean. There is a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room to create a sense of closeness as at home. Thanks to Becamex hotel for giving me a great day of rest with relatives!

Just okay but this hotel looks like a service suite hotel. I think they should improve on the refrigerator and something so we can cook and eat inside.
