Every time I visit Yogyakarta, I always stay at Artotel because the service is excellent and the staff is incredibly friendly. Thank you to Mr. Adi, the receptionist who helped me check in, and Mr. Chepi, who helped me at the bar. Please keep it up👍🏼

The service and facilities are up to the stars. Friendly staff, good facilities, very good cleanliness, very comfortable, the food is also delicious and you don't need to worry about running out because it is refilled continuously until the specified time. Strategic location near coffee shops, culinary, Tempo Gelato, almost everything is there just walking distance. (-) Unfortunately for parking there is no basement so you have to walk a little to the back side yard, even then it is very full during peak season, the yard only accommodates approximately 15-20 cars.

Every time we visit Yogyakarta and need to stay overnight, we always choose Artotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast menu is delicious. It's also very close to the northern ring road, making it easily accessible.

Staying at Artotel was a great experience for my son. The comfortable rooms, with paintings on the walls, created a warm atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and kind, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was very responsive and informative, the hospitality was quite good, and check-in and check-out were very easy and quick. The room was clean, but for some reason, I kept sneezing every time I got in bed. Were the sheets not changed daily? The room was clean, but it didn't smell good.
