It was a truly enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and kudos to Sep for rescheduling everything because I had a double booking. The hotel's comfort is undeniable. It's close to everything thanks to its central location. Love it 🫶

The hotel is strategically located in my opinion, close to the city center and the crowds, also close to UGM. This hotel is very clean and what I like the most is the art itself. In every corner of the room from entering the lobby to the room there are eye-catching works, and there are also merchandises for sale as souvenirs. The food was great! The choices were quite a lot and filling for me because I rarely find Indomie in hotel breakfast options. I didn't interact much with the staff but when I ordered an extra bed they were really helpful, especially for the security. Thank you so much for being very responsive when we were confused about crossing and looking for parking, haha.

Overall, it was a really great stay! Smooth check-in process, nice breakfast, room is clean. But hopefully, they'll upgrade the TV into a smart TV, so we guests can easily connect to their streaming accounts.

The hotel's location is very strategic. There are many food and beverage options available from various F&B chains around the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A slight disappointment was the long check-in time because the room wasn't ready yet, due to a previous guest checking out late. We recommend reviewing the hotel's late check-out policy.
