The hotel room is beautiful, new equipment and everything makes me feel very satisfied. However, I hope the hotel will correct the room card and lock the room because many times the door cannot be opened, so I have to call the reception to open the door for help.

When I came to check-in at 22:30 on Friday night, the hotel said that it did not receive the order from the app, but because the guest has provided proof, we will arrange a room.

Small but quality breakfast, delicious & quality. Non-cozy design, tolet when bathing very uncomfortable because of spilling out water.

The hotel is large, but the staff are few, there are no luggage holders, super dirty rooms, the buffet is recorded at 6:30 to 8:30, but 7 hours has not had anything to eat.

Hotel normal breakfast, few dishes. The room was clean and nice because I was in VIP 1, other rooms on the next business trip will experience. However, personal hygiene items should be complemented more fully. Suggestions for small laundry done in ks should not be folded but hung hangers. Especially the front of the hotel is the receptionist department, so it is properly retrained for 4 star ks. The receptionist was not friendly, answering over the speakers when guests had questions. Also, location, hotel space I appreciate.
