At night, even if you want to go out, you can't go out. If you call the staff, it's an older man, which is very embarrassing. In return, the room is also clean and right in the center, the room price is reasonable. Probably won't come again next time

Unprofessional service. The ground floor of the hotel has a restaurant that sells food and drinks, but there is only one manager. When we came to check-in, we had to wait a long time for someone to continue. The check-in area is also very noisy and smells of food (especially the grilled meat is very smelly up to the room). When checking in, the toilet still has water on the floor and on the sink. The hotel has many family-style staff, but there is only one person who has the information, and needs to wait for that person. In general, there is still support but often have to wait. Hotels should focus more on professional management instead of embracing too many types of business.

The room is clean, the owner of the hotel is very gentle, honest, and lovely. I booked 2 rooms but when there were not enough people, I asked to cancel one room and the hotel owner was satisfied without charging. Next time will definitely support.

Phòng sạch sẽ, giá cả phải chăng, vị trí rất gần chợ Đà Lạt, vô cùng tiện lợi. Lần sau lên Đà Lạt sẽ ghé lại khách sạn này.
