the location is strategic, the only problem is that the toiletries are not complete but that's okay. It happened that the TV didn't connect to wifi, so I couldn't use it. and for check-in/out it's a bit difficult because there's rarely someone guarding the front

It is a transit hotel on a busy double lane road (“Jln Bypass”). Don't expect much: it is noisy 5am-01am, and limited staff attendance-basically a “transit” hotel. Convenient for me as I only used it to sleep after a full day 's activity outside to the eastern side of Bali.

It should be a hotel. This is guarded 24 hours even though the hotel is clean inside, but there is no security at all because at night there is no one guarding the lobby, it is difficult to check in or check out, there is no staff on standby.

Not clean, reception staff not availabel. (kamar tidak bersih, recepsion tidak ada, kamar mandi bau sangat closet bocor) terpaksa malam itu kami check out. Thank you.

The front yard looks unkempt. The room was dusty like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom has no ventilation so the exhaust also pulls in air from the drain making it smelly. But staying overnight is still okay and close if you want to go to Sanur.

I can't believe that this hotel doesn't provide things that very simple and general such as a blanket! Totally uncomfortable when sleeping here. I didn't even get a toothbrush and paste. Please you should've provided these! And where's the staff? The receptionist is always empty, no one's there and I didn't even get an answer when call their number. The phone in the room is none too. I can't imagine if I booked here at the evening or midnight-it must be so difficult to check in here. Please improve your service, you already had opportunity by your strategic location!

I stayed 2 days, clean room, view to the pool, okay bathroom. The employees are very friendly and responsive. Accessible location.

The room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly, the toilet was clean, but the air conditioner was not cold enough, then on the ceiling there was a cobweb.

This review location is close to Sanur for those who want to go to Nusa Lembongan surrounding. The room is spacious and the bed is quite large (the receptionist is friendly, my guest who came in the morning was given a compliment drink also free-review). View from the room is not comfortable at all. The bathroom glass door needs to be considered because it is so loud the impact of the glass, I worry about falling or breaking. Breakfast options are not much though delivered to the room from 0 to 10 overall for me 6.
